Service Description. This Site describes Commercial Truck Repair, Diesel Truck Repair, Flatbed Trailer Repair, Heavy-Duty Tire Service, Semi-Truck Repair, Trailer Repair provided by Mehar Truck & Tire. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mehar Truck & Tire or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Mehar Truck & Tire reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mehar Truck & Tire makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehar Truck & Tire's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Mehar Truck & Tire in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mehar Truck & Tire from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
